We continue to oppose the ongoing needless slaughter, destruction and profiteering from a war that knows no end and actually increases risks of terrorism. No weapons of mass destruction were ever found. The Downing Street memo proves that the Bush Administration started a war with no provocation, and that they lied and manipulated information to fit their agenda . Insist that Congress investigate!

We oppose oil and gas drilling in wilderness areas when it will do nothing to reduce dependence on foreign oil or lower gasoline prices. A vote on a sneaky budget maneuver to drill in the Arctic is likely in September.
