Safe Work Environment Policy

Wizard Technical Staffing has a strict policy that prohibits workplace harrassment of any kind. We will not tolerate any behavior that interferes with an individual's work or performance by creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. This includes sexual harrassment as well as harrassment or discrimination due to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any other action that creates a hostile work environment for an employee. We take allegations of any such activity seriously and will investigate them immediately.

Be advised that even so-called "jokes" in the workplace that fall into one of the above categories may be perceived by another person as a hostile act and can result in dismissal.
