Wizard Technical Staffing has a full benefit
program underwritten by Assurant Health Corporation.
The plan can be tailored entirely to your
specific needs with your choice of coverage
and deductables. You can plug into over 97
PPO health networks. You can elect medical,
dental, vision, health insurance savings accounts,
and prescription drug coverage.
Employees contract directly with the provider
for health benefits, however, you will save
at least 40% over what it would cost as an
individual, possibly more. In addition, all
employees are entitled to a free prescription
drug card, even if you do not sign up for

Employees who work with us for 2 or more
years, are eligible for our SEP-IRA profit
sharing retirement plan. At the end of the
year, based upon company profitability, Wizard
Staffing will contribute an additional percentage
of annual wages to a SEP-IRA. The percentage
may vary from year to year, but is equal for
all eligible employees. This percentage has
typically been between 5% and 15% of wages.
