employees (where Wizard Technical Staffing
is the employer of record for temporary or
contract employees. Note: If you are an employee
of a 3rd party firm, or are on a corp-to-corp
contract this section will not apply to you).
This is where to review the following
information on company policies and to find
additonal resources. Think of it as a Wizard
Staffing Employee FAQ section. If you don't
see it here, call and ask - we'll probably
add it !
Wizard Hire Policy
As a temporary employee, you are hired
"at will" for the duration of a
client's project. There is no guarantee of
long term or permanent employment. At the
end of an assignment, we can look for another
assignment for you if you wish.
Sometimes a client will wish to make an
offer of permanent employment during or at
the conclusion of a temporary assignment.
That is entirely at the client's option and
one cannot guarantee that will happen. If
it does happen, the terms of the offer are
entirely between you and the client.
