Wizard Hire Policy

As a temporary employee, you are hired "at will" for the duration of a client's project. There is no guarantee of long term or permanent employment. At the end of an assignment, we can look for another assignment for you if you wish.

Sometimes a client will wish to make an offer of permanent employment during or at the conclusion of a temporary assignment. That is entirely at the client's option and one cannot guarantee that will happen. If it does happen, the terms of the offer are entirely between you and the client.
